St. Mellion Green Fee Cancellation Policy
When booking online or via the Pro Shop you will need a valid payment card to put against the booking. There are no charges taken until the day of play. All green fee players have 48-hours to cancel without charge but failure to show up for your booking will mean full payment is taken. This will not apply if the golf course(s) are closed or if your start time is delayed by more than 2-hours due to frost, thunder & lightning or a waterlogged course.
If play is suspended once you are out on the golf course then you will have various options:
# You can wait until the golf course re-opens and re-commence play from where you finished.
# You can be issued with a credit for the amount of holes not played on a pro-rata basis.
# You can request a refund for the amount of holes not played on a pro-rata basis.
